Offer Moncho´s – Paella contest
INCLUDES: * A chef for every group. * Accessories ( chef hats, neckerchief , aprons and staff) * Every group will have a table with all the necessary ingredients. * Every group will have the recipe of the paella translated in its own language. * Meal with special menu including the paella made by each group. |
The group will arrive at the restaurant where the Maitre (Chef) will guide them to the corresponding table: Group 1,2 etc. Every person from the group will then receive: 1 Chef Hat, 1 Neckerchief and 1 Apron. They will begin preparing the paella and few minutes after they will be offered an appetizer (drink). Once the Fumet has been added to the rice the appetizer will be served. 20 minutes after (approx.. the necessary time to cook the rice), the paella will rest for a few moments while the guests will be invited to their tables where they will be served the Paella they made themselves together with a central salad.
